MassLive: “Northampton ‘Dream’ coming to an end: Truck-eating bridge to get new mural”

MassLive reports today:

The trestle, known mostly for being hit by trucks several times a year, has sported a mural of a paint brush and can since 1991. “Dream,” by local artist Leland Johnston, has become worn down by time, weather and 18-wheel semis over the years, however, and this year the Arts Council went in search of a replacement.
