At-large candidate William H. Dwight has raised nearly $19,000 so far this year and spent $13,325 in his bid for an at-large seat.
His campaign contributions – from January through October – overshadow incumbent At-Large City Councilor Jesse M. Adams’ donations of $8,155, and far exceed the money flowing into the campaigns of candidates Michael E. Janik and MJ Adams-Pullan, who raised $5,440 and $1,125 respectively.
The numbers are in sharp contrast to the only other contested city council race this year. The two candidates vying to represent Ward 2 have raised a total of $295.
