The board approved a Site Plan and Special Permit for Sovereign Builders to construct 12 units off of View Avenue. It was expected to hear the View Avenue proposal from Sovereign Builders, but the company has requested a continuation until September 12 at 5:45pm. The company may be reacting to an independent stormwater review of the proposal recently submitted by Northampton neighbors.
