“Mayor Clare Higgins and Police Chief Russell Sienkiewicz will each make brief presentations and the floor will then be opened for questions and comments from the audience… The override question seeks voter approval for $10 million of the total price tag of just over $17 million to construct a new police station adjacent to the current facility on Center Street.”
